Damage Hack:
First, (In Hide Mode) I'd Check Their Stats To Check If Their Damage Is Reasonable. If It Isn't, I'd Take A Full Screenshot Of Their Damage And Ban Them Immediately. Hackers Shouldn't Receive Any Mercy.

Item Hack(Like MSI Rings Or Whatever With Only A Few RBS):
First, I'd Take A Screenshot Of Their Items And I Would Check If They Had Any Mains. [I.P Address.] . If They Don't, I'd Ban Them. If They Do, I'll Let Them Off. It May Be A Chance That They Transferred Items From Their Mains To The 2nd Character.

Any Other Hacks(Fly Hacks, ETC):
Take Screenshot, Ban. I Don't Think I Have Anything Else. xD.

I'd Post All My Ban Records On The Forums.

Smega Wars:
I'd Mute Smegas And Give A Warning To The Little War. I Would Only Unmute Smegas After A Period Of Time.

Public Fights:
I Would Tell Them to Stop Fighting And Give Them A Warning. If They Don't Stop, I'd Jail Them Both And Mute Them. Then I'll Unmute One And Ask Him To Explain The Situation. Then, I'll Mute Him And Unmute The Other To Explain. Then, I'd Mute Them Both Again And Be Like "I Think You Both Are Old Enough To Know What's Wrong And What's Right. Do You Need Me To Treat You Like Kids And Tell You?" And I'd Say All Sorts Of Things That I've Learnt From My Teachers On How They Stopped Fights. Lol 8D . But, Since I'm Not Very Good At This, I'd Call For Another GM For Back Up If I'm Unsuccessful. x.x

GM Fights:
"You Are Game Masters. You Are Supposed To Be A Role Model To The Players On The Server. You Are Abusing The Fact That You're A Game Master. You Should Be Ashamed Of Yourselves. How Are You Supposed To Make Players Listen To You When You Yourselves Are Fighting Over Small Little Things."

What you can do:
Host events, keep hackers in check, discipline rude/mean players (like jail or a warning), socialize with the players so that it doesn't turn out like GMS where GM's are non-existent.

Watch them for awhile to make sure theyre actually hacking so I don't accidentally ban an innocent, then if they're using a severe hack (like all 1hko or something like that) then permanent/ip ban. If they're using a less severe hack (godmode? idk c;) then temporary ban. And for very small things like map edits (does that count as a small thing?) then jail.
If there is a war,how would you react:
If it was a KS war, I'd lock the room or something so that no one can go in, and if they're still fighting then jail for both parties. For smega wars, depending on the severity and number of people involved, I would either A) Block smegas completely or B) block only the players involved from smega-ing. For any other wars, depending on how severe they are, I'd give them a warning and if they don't listen then jail.

Additional Info: I like spriting, making pictures, and items sorta.. Since I'ma be inactive because I have state exams which are next month but after the state exams I would be super active as possible. I'm mature if I needed to be like in a serious concept.

If there are hackers, how would you react: Well, it depends on the type of hack. If they are using damage hacks, swim hacks, or any hacks that help them move/ train more easily, I'd probably just jail them for a while to give them time to think about it. If they are using serious hacks that will hurt other players, the server, the economy, etc. (such as duping) then that's an automatic ban, no questions asked. Also, I would do everything in my power to recall the duped items.
If there is a war, how would you react: Again, it depends on the seriousness. If it's a simple troll, I'd probably give a warning. If it's like 20 people harassing one player and ruining his gameplay experience, I'd probably jail them at most.
Do you have any experience as a GM? No, but I hope to. I've been accused of being a mini-mod before. On other servers, I normally get along very well with the GMs.
Additional Info: Well, I'm active (several hours a day unless I'm really busy), friendly, willing to work hard for this server, and willing to listen to the players- I've had a lot of experience on the player side, so I know how frustrating it can be when GMs don't listen. I will try my best to make an ideal server and maintain an ideal community.
